Sterling Silver Tulip Tree Leaf Necklace

This sterling silver pendant has been imprinted with a real tulip tree leaf. After I imprinted the leaf I hand cut the silver leaf's edges, and formed the leaf with a hammer. I then hand finished it, giving it an oxidized patina to highlight the delicate veins of the leaf. The stem has been formed into a bail. This life-size leaf measures approximately 2" x 1-3/4". It hangs from an oxidized sterling silver chain.
